Ryan Hill entered the roofing industry in August 2020 with Blue Hammer Roofing, quickly making an impact beyond sales. After recognizing a gap in field operations, he proposed and helped establish a dedicated Quality Control program to implement new procedures that improved crew efficiency and elevated the homeowner experience company-wide.
In 2023, Ryan continued sharpening his expertise at TDJ Contractors and later partnered briefly with a smaller DFW contractor. That collaboration ended due to differing business philosophies, reinforcing his commitment to operating with integrity, transparency, and craftsmanship above all else.
Driven by a desire to raise the standard of service in his community, Ryan founded The Family Trades, focusing on delivering dependable, high-quality fencing, roofing, gutters, and painting services throughout Fort Worth.
Today, he is known for meticulous attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of doing things the right way—every time.
